Well-designed room, with nice touches and newly renovated decor. Exceptionally comfortable bed and marvellous and stunning location in the city center. And just off restaurants and bars, the train station and sea and town centre.

It was clean, and the people were pleasant and exceptional. The morning meal was freshly prepared and satisfactory with cheeses, jams and goodies. The hotel was in a very central location in a pretty neighbourhood.
Didn't like the area, it was expensive.

Had a very comfortable 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. I was offered a gorgeous breakfast for an additional fee. Amazing location and overall the staff was pleasant and welcoming. A market and interesting independent shops were right next door. The hotel was placed within 10 km of the airport.

The staff was kind and informative, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. We had airy, stylish room with a beautiful view, crisp white sheets, as example.

I couldn't recommend more the place. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and I really enjoyed the streets of Biarritz. The accommodation had a very central location to Les Halles market. The staff were very very nice and welcoming without being intrusive. The breakfast was freshly cooked and gorgeous and not included in the standard rate.

The room was nice styled and big, bed exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and good with fresh egg dishes and jams, and the restaurant's offer was appetising. The location was marvellous, just next door to the wonderful colourful Les Halles, beach and restaurant and the casino and central part of the city, in a lovely area. The staff were really kind and kept the place fairly clean.

We really enjoyed all the stuff, they are exceptional people. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast was great and had a huge variety of options — coffee, eggs and breads. There's no better place to stay in Biarritz.

If you would like to visit cote des basques, consider staying here. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Bonheur that was only 5 minutes' walk away. A view of the ocean from our window.
